Lett.\uff1a\u7eb3\u7c73\u5b6a\u6676\u589e\u5f3a\u70ed\u7535\u6750\u6599Bi2Te3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u3010\u5f15\u8a00\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6301\u7eed\u5927\u91cf\u5730\u4f7f\u7528\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u6765\u6ee1\u8db3\u5168\u7403\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u957f\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u73af\u5883\u7834\u574f\uff0c\u8fd9\u5f15\u8d77\u4e86\u79d1\u7814\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u5bf9\u70ed\u7535\uff08Thermoelectric\uff0cTE\uff09\u8f6c\u6362\u6280\u672f\u7684\u5173\u6ce8\uff0c\u5373\u5c06\u5e9f\u70ed\u76f4\u63a5\u8f6c\u6362\u6210\u7535\u529b\u800c\u4e0d\u4ea7\u751f\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u3002\u5728\u5de5\u4e1a\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u4f4e\u6e29\u5e9f\u70ed\u51e0\u4e4e\u5360\u603b\u80fd\u91cf\u6d88\u8017\u7684\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u800c\u78b2\u5316\u94cb\uff08Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub>\uff09\u57fa\u70ed\u7535\u6750\u6599\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u4f4e\u6e29\u56fa\u6001\u53d1\u7535\u673a\uff08300-550K\uff09\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fdb\u884c\u5e9f\u70ed\u7684\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u78b2\u5316\u94cb\uff08Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub>\uff09\u6750\u6599\u673a\u68b0\u5f3a\u5ea6\u8f83\u4f4e\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u80fd\u957f\u671f\u7528\u4e8e\u70ed\u7535\u5668\u4ef6\u3002\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u4e8c\u5341\u5e74\u4e2d\uff0cTE\u6750\u6599\u7684\u8f6c\u6362\u6548\u7387\u663e\u7740\u63d0\u9ad8\uff0c\u8fbe\u5230\u4e86\u5de5\u4e1a\u5e94\u7528\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u3002\u7136\u800c\u5728\u4e25\u5cfb\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0cTE\u6750\u6599\u4e0d\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u5730\u53d7\u5230\u7531\u4e8e\u6e29\u5ea6\u68af\u5ea6\u5faa\u73af\u6240\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u70ed\u673a\u68b0\u5e94\u529b\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u5176\u6750\u6599\u6027\u80fd\u6025\u5267\u6076\u5316\uff0c\u52a0\u901f\u4e86\u70ed\u7535\u5668\u4ef6\u7684\u5931\u6548\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u4f7f\u70ed\u7535\u6750\u6599\u5728\u80fd\u6e90\u8f6c\u6362\u7684\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u5927\u5e45\u5ea6\u63d0\u9ad8\u5176\u5f3a\u5ea6\u548c\u97e7\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u3010\u6210\u679c\u7b80\u4ecb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c<strong>\u6b66\u6c49\u7406\u5de5\u5927\u5b66\u7684<\/strong><strong>\u5f20\u6e05\u6770\u6559\u6388\u3001\u7f8e\u56fd\u897f\u5317\u5927\u5b66\u7684<\/strong><strong>G. Jeffrey Snyder<\/strong><strong>\u6559\u6388\u548c\u5185\u534e\u8fbe\u5927\u5b66\u96f7\u8bfa\u5206\u6821\u7684Qi An<\/strong><strong>\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388 (<\/strong><strong>\u5171\u540c\u901a\u8baf\u4f5c\u8005) <\/strong>\u5728<strong>Physical Review Letters.<\/strong><strong>\u4e0a\u53d1\u8868\u4e86<\/strong>\u201c<strong>Superstrengthening\u00a0Bi2Te3\u00a0through Nanotwinning<\/strong>\u201d\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u9996\u5148\u7528\u5bc6\u5ea6\u6cdb\u51fd\u7406\u8bba\uff08DFT\uff09\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ea7\u5b6a\u6676\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c06Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub>\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u526a\u5207\u5f3a\u5ea6\u63d0\u9ad8\u5230215\uff05\u3002\u5b9e\u9a8c\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u73b0\u5355\u6676Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub>\u5f3a\u5ea6\u4f4e\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u662fTe1\u4e0e\u4e24\u4e2aTe1-Bi-Te2-Bi-Te1\u4e94\u5c42\u4e94\u9762\u4f53\u5b50\u7ed3\u6784\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5f31\u8303\u5fb7\u534e\u4f5c\u7528\u529b\u3002\u800c\u5728\u76f8\u90bb\u51e0\u4f55\u4f53\u7684Te1\u539f\u5b50\u4e4b\u95f4\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u5b6a\u6676\u754c\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u663e\u8457\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86\u5b83\u4eec\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4f7f\u7eb3\u7c73\u5b6a\u6676Bi2Te3\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u526a\u5207\u5f3a\u5ea6\uff0c\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e8e\u5355\u6676\uff080.19 GPa\uff09\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u8fd13\u500d\uff080.6GPa\uff09\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u6676\u754c\u5de5\u7a0b\u7b56\u7565\u4e3a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u70ed\u7535\u6750\u6599\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u9014\u5f84\u3002<\/p>\n<p>[\u81f4\u6b49\uff1a\u5f88\u62b1\u6b49\uff0c\u672a\u627e\u5230\u901a\u8baf\u4f5c\u8005Qi An\u7684\u786e\u5207\u4e2d\u6587\u540d\u5b57\uff0c\u5c0f\u7f16\u8868\u793a\u8bda\u631a\u7684\u6b49\u610f\uff01]<\/p>\n<p class=\"a\"><strong>\u3010\u56fe\u6587\u5bfc\u8bfb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"a\"><strong>\u56fe<span lang=\"EN-US\">1 <\/span>\u4e0d\u540c\u7ed3\u6784\u7684<span lang=\"EN-US\">Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub><\/span>\u6676\u4f53\u7ed3\u6784\u793a\u610f\u56fe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full \/><\/p>\n<p>\uff08a\uff09\u975e\u5b6a\u6676Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub>\u7684\u6676\u4f53\u7ed3\u6784\u3002\u5176\u516d\u65b9\u6676\u80de\u7531\u6cbf[001]\u8f74\u7684Te1-Bi-Te2-Bi-Te1\uff08\u4e94\u5c42\u5b50\u7ed3\u6784\uff09\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u6676\u80de\u542b6\u4e2aBi\u539f\u5b50\u548c9\u4e2aTe\u539f\u5b50\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u7528\u7d2b\u8272\u548c\u6d45\u9ec4\u8272\u7403\u4f53\u8868\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff08b\uff09\u7eb3\u7c73\u5b6a\u6676Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub>\u7ed3\u6784\u3002\u5b6a\u6676\u754c\u6cbf{702}\u5e73\u9762\uff0c\u6676\u80de\u5305\u542b40\u4e2aBi\u539f\u5b50\u548c60\u4e2aTe\u539f\u5b50\uff0c\u5b6a\u6676\u754c\u7684\u4f4d\u76f8\u5dee\u4e3a37\u00b0\uff0c\u5b6a\u6676\u5c3a\u5bf8\u4e3a2.4 nm\u3002 \u9ed1\u8272\u77e9\u5f62\u533a\u57df\u4ee3\u8868\u7eb3\u7c73\u5b6a\u6676Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub>\u4e2d\u7684\u5355\u80de\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56fe1\uff08b\uff09\u4e2dTe1-Te1\u7684\u5f31\u5171\u4ef7\u952e\u7ed3\u5408\u529b\uff08Te1-Te1 \u952e\u957f 3.48\u57c3\uff09\u6bd4\u56fe1\uff08a\uff09\u4e2d\u7684\u8303\u5fb7\u534eTe1-Te1\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u529b\u8981\u5f3a\u5f97\u591a\uff08Te1-Te1 \u952e\u957f 3.82\u57c3\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"a\"><strong>\u56fe<span lang=\"EN-US\">2 <\/span>\u5355\u6676<span lang=\"EN-US\">Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub><\/span>\u7684\u53d8\u5f62\u884c\u4e3a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-115348\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\uff08a\uff09\u526a\u5207\u53d8\u5f62\u4f5c\u7528\u4e0b\uff0c\u6cbf\u4e0d\u540c\u6ed1\u79fb\u7cfb\u7684\u526a\u5207\u5e94\u529b\u4e0e\u526a\u5207\u5e94\u53d8\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff08b\uff09\u5728\uff08001\uff09\/&lt;50-1&gt;\u6ed1\u79fb\u7cfb\u4e2d\uff0c\u952e\u5408\u62c9\u4f38\u6bd4\uff08Te1-Te1\uff0cBi-Te1\uff0cBi-Te2\uff09\u4e0e\u526a\u5207\u5e94\u53d8\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff08c\uff09\u57280.071\u526a\u5207\u5e94\u53d8\u4e0b\u7684\u539f\u5b50\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u5176\u5e94\u53d8\u5bf9\u5e94\u4e8e\u6cbf\uff08001\uff09\/&lt;50-1&gt;\u6ed1\u79fb\u7cfb\u7684\u6700\u5927\u526a\u5e94\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff08d\uff09\u57280.221\u526a\u5e94\u53d8\u4e0b\u7684\u539f\u5b50\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u5bf9\u5e94\u4e8e\u6cbf\uff08001\uff09\/&lt;50-1&gt;\u6ed1\u79fb\u7cfb\u7684\u9ad8\u8f6f\u5316Te1-Te1\u952e\u3002\u56fe2\uff08d\uff09 \u4e2d\u7ea2\u8272\u865a\u7ebf\u548c\u7ea2\u8272\u692d\u5706\u8868\u793a\u8303\u5fb7\u534eTe1-Te1\u952e\u7684\u8f6f\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u56fe3. \u5b6a\u6676\u754c\u6cbf{702}\u9762\u7684\u7eb3\u7c73\u5b6a\u6676Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub>\u7684\u53d8\u5f62\u6a21\u5f0f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" \u526a\u5207\u5e94\u53d8\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u6bd4\u8f83\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff08b\uff09\u952e\u4f38\u7f29\u7387[Te1\uff081\uff09-Te1\uff082\uff09\uff0cTe1\uff082\uff09-Te1\uff083\uff09\uff0cTe1\uff084\uff09-Te1\uff085\uff09\uff0cTe1\uff086\uff09-Te1\uff087\uff09]\u4e0e\u526a\u5207\u5e94\u53d8\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff08c\uff09\u5bf9\u5e94\u4e8e\u6700\u5927\u526a\u5207\u5e94\u529b\u76840.123\u526a\u5207\u5e94\u53d8\u4e0b\u7684\u539f\u5b50\u7ed3\u6784\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff08d\uff09\u5bf9\u5e94\u4e8eTe1\uff082\uff09-Te1\uff083\uff09\u952e\u65ad\u88c2\u76840.134\u526a\u5207\u5e94\u53d8\u4e0b\u7684\u539f\u5b50\u7ed3\u6784\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff08e\uff09\u4e0e\u7ed3\u6784\u5931\u6548\u76f8\u5bf9\u5e94\u76840.145\u526a\u5e94\u53d8\u4e0b\u7684\u539f\u5b50\u7ed3\u6784\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56fe3\uff08b\uff09\u4e2d\u7070\u8272\u865a\u7ebf\u8868\u793a\u5931\u6548\u7684\u4e34\u754c\u5e94\u53d8\u3002 \u56fe3\uff08e\uff09\u4e2d\u7ea2\u8272\u692d\u5706\u8868\u793aTe1\uff082\uff09Te1\uff083\uff09\u548cTe1\uff081\uff09-Te1\uff082\uff09\u952e\u7684\u65ad\u88c2\u3002 \u56fe3\uff08e\uff09\u4e2d\u7684\u9ed1\u8272\u66f2\u7ebf\u6307\u793a\u4e86\u574d\u584c\u7684\u5b6a\u6676\u754c\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"a\"><strong>\u56fe<span lang=\"EN-US\">4 \/><\/p>\n<p>\u63d2\u56fe\u8868\u793a\u5757\u4f53\u548c\u7eb3\u7c73\u5b6a\u6676Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub>\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u5f3a\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u3010\u5c0f\u7ed3\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u5e94\u7528\u5bc6\u5ea6\u6cdb\u51fd\u7406\u8bba\uff08DFT\uff09\u786e\u5b9a\u4e86\u7eb3\u7c73\u5b6a\u6676\u5bf9Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub>\u529b\u5b66\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u63ed\u793a\u4e86\u5728\u5b6a\u6676\u754c\u9644\u8fd1\u65b0\u5f62\u6210\u7684Te1-Te1\u5171\u4ef7\u952e\u663e\u8457\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86Te1-Bi-Te2-Bi\u8fd9\u4e00\u4e94\u5c42\u5b50\u7ed3\u6784\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u7eb3\u7c73\u5b6a\u6676\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u663e\u8457\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u521a\u5ea6\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6291\u5236\u4e86\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u8f6f\u5316\u3002\u4e0e\u5355\u6676Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub>\uff080.19 GPa\uff09\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u7eb3\u7c73\u5b6a\u6676Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub>\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u5f3a\u5ea6\u63d0\u9ad8\u5230\u4e860.6 GPa\uff0c\u6b64\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u63d0\u9ad8Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub>\u7684\u673a\u68b0\u6027\u80fd\u800c\u63d0\u51fa\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u7684\u5b6a\u6676\u5de5\u7a0b\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u7ed3\u6784\u6539\u826f\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u5143\u7d20\u63ba\u6742\u4fbf\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u521a\u5ea6\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5408\u7406\u5730\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u70ed\u7535\u6750\u6599\u5f00\u8f9f\u4e86\u4e00\u6761\u65b0\u9014\u5f84\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u5176\u4ed6\u70ed\u7535\u6216\u975e\u70ed\u7535\u80fd\u6e90\u6750\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6587\u732e\u94fe\u63a5\uff1a<\/strong><a
