Funct. Mater.<\/strong>\u4e0a\u53d1\u8868\u6700\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u201c<strong>Passivated Perovskite Crystallization via g-C<sub>3<\/sub>N<sub>4<\/sub> for High-Performance Solar Cells<\/strong>\u201d\u3002\u5728\u8be5\u6587\u4e2d\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u5728\u5f00\u53d1\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u7528\u4e8e\u6539\u5584\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u819c\u7684\u7ed3\u6676\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002\u5728\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u524d\u9a71\u4f53\u6eb6\u6db2\u4e2d\u52a0\u5165g-C<sub>3<\/sub>N<sub>4<\/sub>\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u6539\u5584\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u819c\u7684\u7ed3\u6676\u8d28\u91cf\u548c\u964d\u4f4e\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u819c\u7684\u672c\u5f81\u7f3a\u9677\u5bc6\u5ea6\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0cg-C<sub>3<\/sub>N<sub>4<\/sub>\u7684\u52a0\u5165\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u5c42\u7684\u4f20\u5bfc\u6027\u3002\u5229\u7528\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u5236\u5907\u7684\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u7535\u6c60\u7684\u6548\u7387\u4e3a19.49%\u3002\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u63a7\u5236\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u819c\u7684\u7ed3\u6676\u8fc7\u7a0b\u548c\u964d\u4f4e\u819c\u7684\u7f3a\u9677\u5bc6\u5ea6\u3002\u8be5\u8bba\u6587\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u4f5c\u8005\u662f\u535a\u58eb\u751f\u59dc\u7490\u7490\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u3010\u56fe\u6587\u5bfc\u8bfb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u56fe<\/strong><strong>1
