\u53d7\u4f53\u5be1\u805a\u8f6e\u70f7\u6298\u53e0\u805a\u4f53\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u673a\u68b0\u4e92\u9501\u7ec4\u5206\u90e8\u5206\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u5355\u5206\u5b50\u7ec4\u88c5\u6210\u6298\u53e0\u4e8c\u7ea7\u7ed3\u6784\u3002<\/span><span title=\"Here we report on the mechanochemical properties of these molecules.\">\u672c\u6587\u62a5\u9053\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u673a\u68b0\u5316\u5b66\u6027\u8d28\u3002<\/span><span title=\"1,5-dioxynaphthalene units encircled by cyclobis(paraquat-p-phenylene) rings.\">\u7531\u73af\u53cc\uff08\u5bf9 &#8211; \u5bf9 &#8211; \u4e9a\u82ef\u57fa\uff09\u73af\u5305\u56f4\u76841,5-\u4e8c\u6c27\u4ee3\u8418\u5355\u5143<span title=\"We use atomic force microscopy-based single-molecule force spectroscopy to mechanically unfold oligorotaxanes, made of oligomeric dumbbells incorporating\n\">\u4f4e\u805a\u7269\u7531<span class=\"\">\u539f\u5b50\u529b\u663e\u5fae\u955c\u7684\u5355\u5206\u5b50\u529b\u5149\u8c31\u5b66\u673a\u68b0\u5c55\u5f00<\/span><\/span>\u3002<\/span><span title=\"Real time capture of fluctuations between unfolded and folded states reveals that the molecules exert forces of up to 50 pN against a mechanical load of up to 150 pN, and displays transition times of less than 10 \u03bcs.\">\u5b9e\u65f6\u6355\u83b7\u5c55\u5f00\u72b6\u6001\u548c\u6298\u53e0\u72b6\u6001\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u6ce2\u52a8\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u5206\u5b50\u5bf9\u9ad8\u8fbe150 pN\u7684\u673a\u68b0\u8d1f\u8f7d\u53ef\u65bd\u52a0\u9ad8\u8fbe50 pN\u7684\u529b\uff0c\u5e76\u663e\u793a\u5c0f\u4e8e10\u03bcs\u7684\u8fc7\u6e21\u65f6\u95f4\u3002<\/span><span title=\"While the folding is at least as fast as that observed in proteins, it is remarkably more robust, thanks to the mechanically interlocked structure.\">\u867d\u7136\u8be5\u6298\u53e0\u901f\u5ea6\u4e0e\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u4e2d\u7684\u6298\u53e0\u901f\u5ea6\u4e00\u6837\u5feb\uff0c\u4f46\u7531\u4e8e\u673a\u68b0\u4e92\u9501\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u6298\u53e0\u975e\u5e38\u7a33\u5065\u3002<\/span><span title=\"Our results show that synthetic oligorotaxanes have the potential to exceed the performance of natural folding proteins.\">\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u5408\u6210\u7684<span title=\"Recently, combining the exquisite complexity of these two classes of molecules, donor\u2013acceptor oligorotaxane foldamers have been synthesized,in which interactions between the mechanically interlocked component parts dictate the single-molecule assembly into a folded secondary structure .\">\u5be1\u805a\u8f6e\u70f7<\/span>\u6709\u8d85\u8fc7\u5929\u7136\u6298\u53e0\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u3010\u6210\u679c\u7b80\u4ecb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"zh-CN\">\u5929\u7136\u590d\u5408\u529f\u80fd\u5206\u5b50\u548c\u673a\u5668\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u3001\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u548c\u64cd\u4f5c\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u4fe1\u606f\u5df2\u7ecf\u4ece\u5355\u5206\u5b50\u529b\u8c31\u83b7\u5f97\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5b9e\u9a8c\u4e2d\uff0c\u5206\u5b50\u88ab\u6355\u83b7\u5e76\u88ab\u62c9\u5230\u57fa\u5e95\u548c\u663e\u5fae\u63a2\u9488\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u6d4b\u91cf\u5176\u6062\u590d\u529b\u3002 \u4ee5\u539f\u5b50\u529b\u663e\u5fae\u955c\uff08AFM\uff09\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\u7684\u529b\u5b66\u5149\u8c31\u5b66\u80fd\u591f\u4ee5\u4e9a\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ea7\u7684\u5206\u8fa8\u7387\u63a2\u6d4b\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u529b\u5b66\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u5df2\u88ab\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7528\u4e8e\u9610\u660e\uff08\u751f\u7269\uff09\u5927\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u6784\u8c61\u3001<span class=\"\">\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u7269\u673a\u68b0\u7684\u529b\u5b66\u5316\u5b66\u3001<\/span><span class=\"\">\u4e86\u89e3\u5206\u5b50\u4f34\u4fa3\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u7ed3\u5408\u8fc7\u7a0b;<\/span> <span class=\"\">\u5e76\u7814\u7a76\u8f6e\u70f7\u3001\u7d22\u70c3\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u673a\u68b0\u4e92\u9501\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7684\u673a\u68b0\u5316\u5b66\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c<strong>\u5217\u65e5\u5927\u5b66<\/strong>\u7684<strong>Anne-Sophie Duwez<\/strong>\u6559\u6388\u5728<strong>Nat. \u53d7\u4f53\u5be1\u805a\u56db\u6c22\u5316\u7269\uff0c\u54d1\u94c3\u7ed3\u6784\u7531\u88ab1,5-\u4e8c\u6c27\u4ee3\u8418\u5355\u5143\u95f4\u9694\u7684\u5be1\u805a\u919a\u94fe\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u4e00\u534a\u88ab\u73af\u53cc\uff08\u767e\u8349\u67af &#8211;
