\u548cPd\uff08II\uff09- \u57faSCPNs\uff0c\u5e76\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e9b\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4f53\u5916\u7b5b\u9009\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u7ec6\u80de\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u7814\u7a76\u4e86\u7f57\u4e39\u660e\u57fa\u5e95\u7269\u7684\u6c28\u57fa\u7532\u9178\u916f\u88c2\u89e3\u53cd\u5e94\u3002<\/span><span title=\"This is a model reaction for the uncaging of bioactive compounds such as cytotoxic drugs for catalysis-based cancer therapy.\">\u8fd9\u662f\u7528\u4e8e\u89e3\u9664\u751f\u7269\u6d3b\u6027\u5316\u5408\u7269\u4f8b\u5982\u7ec6\u80de\u6bd2\u6027\u836f\u7269\u7528\u4e8e\u57fa\u4e8e\u50ac\u5316\u7684\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u6a21\u578b\u53cd\u5e94\u3002\u53ef\u4ee5<\/span><span title=\"We observed that the rate of the deprotection depends on both the organometallic catalysts and the nature of the protective group.\">\u89c2\u5bdf\u5230\uff0c\u8131\u4fdd\u62a4\u901f\u7387\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u6709\u673a\u91d1\u5c5e\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u548c\u4fdd\u62a4\u57fa\u56e2\u7684\u6027\u8d28\u3002<\/span><span title=\"The rate reduces from in vitro to the biological environment, indicating a strong influence of biomolecules on catalyst performance.\">\u4ece\u4f53\u5916\u5230\u751f\u7269\u73af\u5883\u7684\u901f\u7387\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u8868\u660e\u751f\u7269\u5206\u5b50\u5bf9\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u5f3a\u70c8\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/span><span title=\"The Cu(I)-based SCPNs in combination with the dimethylpropargyloxycarbonyl protective group showed the best performances both in vitro and in biological environment, making this group promising in biomedical applications.\">\u57fa\u4e8eCu\uff08I\uff09\u7684SCPN\u4e0e\u4e8c\u7532\u57fa\u7094\u4e19\u6c27\u57fa\u7fb0\u57fa\u4fdd\u62a4\u57fa\u7ec4\u5408\u5728\u4f53\u5916\u548c\u751f\u7269\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u6700\u597d\u7684\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u8be5\u7ec4\u5728\u751f\u7269\u533b\u5b66\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\u6709\u524d\u666f\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u3010\u6210\u679c\u7b80\u4ecb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"zh-CN\"><span title=\"In this work, we report our attempt to explore efficient gain media with superior thermal, optical, and electrical properties to address the challenges for OSLs.\">\u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c<strong>\u57c3\u56e0\u970d\u82ac\u7406\u5de5\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u00a0Anja R. Media<\/strong>\u201d\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\u3002<span title=\"Here we present a biophysical study of SCPN behavior in living cells and an evaluation of their performances in catalysis in complex biological environments.\">\u8be5\u6587\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86SCPN\u5728\u6d3b\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d\u884c\u4e3a\u7684\u751f\u7269\u7269\u7406\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u590d\u6742\u751f\u7269\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u50ac\u5316\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002<\/span><span title=\"In our design (Figure 1), the SCPNs comprise a polyacrylamide-based backbone functionalized with (i) water-soluble side chains (oligo-(ethylene oxide-co-propylene oxide) of DP = 22, Jeffamine@M-1000) to\">SCPN\u5305\u542b\u7528\uff08i\uff09\u6c34\u6eb6\u6027\u4fa7\u94fe\uff08DP = 22\u7684\u4f4e\u805a &#8211; \uff08\u6c27\u5316\u4e59\u70ef &#8211; \u5171 &#8211; \u6c27\u5316\u4e19\u70ef\uff09\uff09\u5b98\u80fd\u5316\u7684\u57fa\u4e8e\u805a\u4e19\u70ef\u9170\u80fa\u7684\u9aa8\u67b6<\/span><span title=\"ensure water solubility;\">\u786e\u4fdd\u6c34\u6eb6\u6027; <\/span><span title=\"(ii) benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxamide (BTA) supramolecular moieties in order to trigger hydrogen-bonding-induced polymer folding and (iii) catalytically active sites.\">\uff08ii\uff09\u82ef-1,3,5-\u4e09\u7532\u9170\u80fa\uff08BTA\uff09\u8d85\u5206\u5b50\u90e8\u5206\u4ee5\u5f15\u53d1\u6c22\u952e\u8bf1\u5bfc\u7684\u805a\u5408\u7269\u6298\u53e0\u548c\uff08iii\uff09\u50ac\u5316\u6d3b\u6027\u4f4d\u70b9\u3002<\/span><span title=\"We first assess and optimize delivery strategies in order to target different compartments: the intracellular space, the cytoplasm or the endolysosomal compartment, and the extracellular space.\">\u9996\u5148\u8bc4\u4f30\u548c\u4f18\u5316\u9012\u9001\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u4ee5\u9488\u5bf9\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u533a\u5ba4\uff1a\u7ec6\u80de\u5185\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u7ec6\u80de\u8d28\u6216\u80de\u8d28\u6eb6\u8d28\u4f53\u5ba4\u548c\u7ec6\u80de\u5916\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/span><span title=\"This allows us to\n\">\u8fd9\u4f7f\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u80fd\u591f<\/span><span title=\"choose the delivery strategy depending on the desired applications.\">\u6839\u636e\u6240\u9700\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u9009\u62e9\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7b56\u7565\u3002<\/span><span title=\"Next, we evaluate two activities to be performed in the cellular environment as shown in Scheme 1: (i) the photocatalytic generation of singlet oxygen ( 1 O 2 ) from\n\">\u63a5\u4e0b\u6765\uff0c\u8bc4\u4f30\u4e86\u4e24\u79cd\u5728\u7ec6\u80de\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u5b9e\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c\u5f88\u6709\u524d\u666f<\/span><span title=\"Both approaches give promising results, paving the way toward catalysis in vivo for biomedical applications.\">\uff0c\u4e3a\u751f\u7269\u533b\u5b66\u5e94\u7528\u7684\u4f53\u5185\u50ac\u5316\u94fa\u5e73\u4e86\u9053\u8def\u3002<\/span><span title=\"Moreover, our biophysical studies of SCPN behavior in living cells provides crucial information and will enable the rational design of improved nanosystems for catalysis-based class=\"\">\uff08B\uff09\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6c34\u6eb6\u6027\u4fa7\u94fe\uff0c\u57fa\u4e8eBTA\u7684\u6298\u53e0\u6a21\u4f53\uff0c\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u548c\u5e95\u7269\u7684\u5316\u5b66\u7ed3\u6784\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u56fe2
