\u81ea\u65cb\u8f68\u9053\u8f6c\u77e9\uff08Spin-Orbit Torque\uff0cSOT\uff09\u662f\u6307\u57fa\u4e8e\u81ea\u65cb\u8f68\u9053\u8026\u5408\uff08Spin-Orbit Coupling\uff0cSOC\uff09\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u7535\u8377\u6d41\u8bf1\u5bfc\u7684\u81ea\u65cb\u6d41\u6765\u4ea7\u751f\u81ea\u65cb\u8f6c\u79fb\u529b\u77e9\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u8fbe\u5230\u8c03\u63a7\u78c1\u6027\u5b58\u50a8\u5355\u5143\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u3002\u5178\u578b\u7684SOT\u8bbe\u5907\u7531\u91cd\u91d1\u5c5e\/\u94c1\u78c1\u4f53\uff08HM\/FM\uff09\u53cc\u5c42\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u5176\u4e2dHM\uff08Pt\u3001W\u7b49\uff09\u4e3b\u8981\u7531\u4e8e\u81ea\u65cb\u970d\u5c14\u6548\u5e94\uff08SHE\uff09\u5c06\u7535\u8377\u7535\u6d41\u8f6c\u6362\u4e3a\u81ea\u65cb\u7535\u6d41\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u5728\u76f8\u90bb\u7684FM\u4e0a\u65bd\u52a0\u626d\u77e9\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5b9e\u73b0\u78c1\u5316\u64cd\u7eb5\u3002\u5728\u4f17\u591a\u65b0\u6750\u6599\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fc7\u6e21\u91d1\u5c5e\u4e8c\u786b\u5316\u78b3\uff08TMD\uff09\u7531\u4e8e\u5177\u6709\u53ef\u8c03\u63a7\u7684\u7535\u5bfc\u7387\u548c\u81ea\u65cb\u8f68\u9053\u8026\u5408\u7b49\u4f18\u52bf\u800c\u5907\u53d7\u5173\u6ce8\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e24\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u95ee\u9898\u9700\u8981\u89e3\u51b3\uff1a\uff081\uff09\u5927\u591a\u6570TMD\u6750\u6599\u7684\u7535\u5bfc\u7387\u6bd4HMs\u4f4e\u51e0\u4e2a\u6570\u91cf\u7ea7\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7535\u6d41\u5728FM\u5c42\u4e2d\u6d41\u52a8\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6709\u6548\u7684\u78c1\u5316\u5f00\u5173\u66f4\u5c11\u3002\uff082\uff09\u57fa\u4e8eTMD\u7684SOT\u5668\u4ef6\u901a\u5e38\u901a\u8fc7\u7269\u7406\u5265\u843d\u6cd5\u5236\u9020\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u65e0\u6cd5\u6269\u5c55\u5230\u5b9e\u9645\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0cPtTe2<\/sub>\u5728\u91d1\u5c5eTMD\u4e2d\u5177\u6709\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u5ba4\u6e29\u7535\u5bfc\u7387\uff08\u7ea63.3\u00d7106<\/sup> S m-1<\/sup>\uff09\uff0c\u540c\u65f6PtTe2<\/sub>\u88ab\u5f52\u7c7b\u4e3aII-\u578bDirac\u534a\u91d1\u5c5e\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ea7\u751f\u5177\u6709\u81ea\u65cb\u52a8\u91cf\u9501\u5b9a\u7684\u62d3\u6251\u8868\u9762\u72b6\u6001\uff08TSSs\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n

\u3010\u6210\u679c\u7b80\u4ecb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u57fa\u4e8e\u6b64\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u79d1\u5b66\u9662\u7269\u7406\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7684\u4e8e\u56fd\u5f3a\u7279\u8058\u7814\u7a76\u5458\uff08\u901a\u8baf\u4f5c\u8005\uff09<\/strong>\u56e2\u961f\u62a5\u9053\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u6765\u5408\u6210\u53ef\u7528\u4e8eSOT\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u4e14\u53ef\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u5236\u5907\u7684PtTe2<\/sub>\u8584\u819c\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u73b0\u57fa\u4e8ePtTe2<\/sub>\u5668\u4ef6\u7684SOT\u6548\u7387\uff085 nm\u539aPtTe2<\/sub>\u5c42\u7684SOT\u6548\u7387\u4e3a0.09-0.15\uff09\u6bd44 nm\u539aPt\u5bf9\u7167\u6837\u54c1\u7684SOT\u6548\u7387\u9ad81.5-2\u500d\u3002\u5728\u76ee\u524d\u7814\u7a76\u7684TMD\u4e2d\uff0cPtTe2<\/sub>\u7684\u81ea\u65cb\u970d\u5c14\u7535\u5bfc\u7387\uff080.2-2\u00d7105<\/sup> \u210f\/2e(\u03a9m)-1<\/sup>\uff09\u6700\u5927\uff0c\u53ef\u4e0ePt\u548c\u62d3\u6251\u7edd\u7f18\u4f53\u76f8\u6bd4\u3002\u5229\u7528PtTe2<\/sub>\u7684\u5927SOT\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86PtTe2<\/sub>\/Au\/CoTb\u5668\u4ef6\u4e2d\u5782\u76f4\u78c1\u5316\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5207\u6362\u3002\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u4ee5\u9898\u4e3a\u201cHigh Spin Hall Conductivity in Large-Area Type-II Dirac Semimetal PtTe2<\/sub>\u201d<\/strong>\u53d1\u5e03\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u8457\u540d\u671f\u520aAdv.
