Hao\u6559\u6388\u7b49\u5408\u4f5c\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u6c34\u70ed\u65b9\u6cd5\u6765\u6c89\u79ef\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u7684Sb<sub>2<\/sub>(S,Se)<sub>3<\/sub>\u8584\u819c\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u6539\u53d8Se\/S\u6bd4\u548c\u6c89\u79ef\u540e\u9000\u706b\u6e29\u5ea6\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6539\u5584\u8584\u819c\u5f62\u8c8c\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u6676\u7c92\u5c3a\u5bf8\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u7f3a\u9677\u6570\u91cf\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u4f18\u5316\u6c34\u70ed\u6c89\u79ef\u53c2\u6570\u548c\u968f\u540e\u7684\u9000\u706b\uff0cSb<sub>2<\/sub>(S,Se)<sub>3<\/sub>\u7535\u6c60\u7684\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6548\u7387\u4e3a10.0%\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u7ed3\u679c\u7a81\u7834\u4e86Sb<sub>2<\/sub>(S,Se)<sub>3<\/sub>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u65b0\u5174\u5149\u4f0f\u6750\u6599\u7684\u6f5c\u529b\u3002\u76f8\u5173\u7814\u7a76\u4ee5\u201cHydrothermal
