\u670d\u88c5\u819c\u3002\u8d85\u6750\u6599\u7ec7\u7269\u5728\u592a\u9633\u8f90\u5c04\u6ce2\u6bb5\uff080.3-2.5\u03bcm\uff09\u5177\u670992.4%\u7684\u53cd\u5c04\u7387\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u7ea2\u5916\u6ce2\u6bb5\uff088-13
