<em>\u03c3S<\/em><sup>2<\/sup><em>T<\/em>\/<em>\u03ba<\/em>\u6709\u5173\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d<em>\u03c3<\/em>\u3001<em>S<\/em>\u3001<em>\u03ba<\/em>\u548c<em>T<\/em>\u5206\u522b\u662f\u7535\u5bfc\u7387\u3001\u585e\u8d1d\u514b\u7cfb\u6570\u3001\u70ed\u5bfc\u7387\u548c\u7edd\u5bf9\u6e29\u5ea6\u3002\u70ed\u5bfc\u7387\u5305\u62ec\u6765\u81ea\u6676\u683c\u632f\u52a8\u7684\u6676\u683c\u70ed\u5bfc\u7387<em>\u03ba<\/em><sub>l<\/sub>\u548c\u6765\u81ea\u7535\u8377\u8f7d\u6d41\u5b50\u8f93\u8fd0\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u70ed\u5bfc\u7387<em>\u03ba<\/em><sub>e<\/sub>\u3002\u663e\u7136\uff0c\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u70ed\u7535\u54c1\u8d28\u56e0\u6570\u9700\u8981\u9ad8\u529f\u7387\u56e0\u6570\uff08<em>\u03c3S<\/em><sup>2<\/sup>\uff09\u548c\u4f4e\u5bfc\u70ed\u7387\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u53c2\u6570\u5f7c\u6b64\u7d27\u5bc6\u8026\u5408\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5355\u72ec\u53c2\u6570\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u8c03\u6574\u5177\u6709\u6311\u6218\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e8c\u3001\u3010\u521b\u65b0\u6210\u679c\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u57fa\u4e8e\u6b64\uff0c<strong>\u5357\u65b9\u79d1\u6280\u5927\u5b66\u4f55\u4f73\u6e05\u6559\u6388\u56e2\u961f<\/strong>\u5728<strong><em>Science<\/em><\/strong>\u53d1\u8868\u4e86\u9898\u4e3a\u201c<strong>Pseudo-nanostructure and trapped-hole release induce high thermoelectric performance in PbTe<\/strong>\u201d\u7684\u8bba\u6587\uff0c\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u5728p\u578b\u78b2\u5316\u94c5\uff08PbTe\uff09\u57fa\u6750\u6599\u4e2d\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u7a7a\u4f4d\u7c07\u7684\u4f2a\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ed3\u6784\u548c\u6355\u83b7\u7a7a\u7a74\u91ca\u653e\u7684\u52a8\u6001\u8f7d\u6d41\u5b50\u8c03\u8282\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u80fd\u591f\u540c\u65f6\u8c03\u8282\u58f0\u5b50\u548c\u8f7d\u6d41\u5b50\u4f20\u8f93\u3002\u5728850 K\u65f6\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u9ad8\u8fbe2.8\u7684\u5cf0\u503c<em>zT<\/em>\u503c\uff0c\u5728300\u81f3850 K\u65f6\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e861.65\u7684\u5e73\u5747<em>zT<\/em>\u503c\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u503c\u90fd\u662f\u6240\u6709\u62a5\u9053\u7684p\u578bPbTe\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u503c\u3002\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u5728\u81ea\u5236\u5206\u6bb5\u6a21\u5757\u4e2d\u5728554 K\u7684\u6e29\u5ea6\u68af\u5ea6\u4e0b\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u9ad8\u8fbe\u7ea615.5%\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u8f6c\u6362\u6548\u7387\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u503c\u662f\u62a5\u9053\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u503c\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u8bc1\u660e\u4e86\u70ed\u7535\u6280\u672f\u4e2d\u6e29\u5e94\u7528\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\u6f5c\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
