nm\uff09\u5149\u7684\u6563\u5c04\u8f83\u5f31\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u5728\u6076\u52a3\u5929\u6c14\u6216\u751f\u7269\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e2d\u4e5f\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u957f\u8ddd\u79bb\u7684\u6709\u6548\u68c0\u6d4b\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u6210\u50cf\u573a\u666f\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u591a\u7269\u8d28\u5316\u5b66\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5bf9\u4eba\u773c\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5f97SWIR\u5728\u5149\u901a\u4fe1\u3001\u8fdc\u7a0b\u9065\u611f\u3001\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u89c6\u89c9\u6280\u672f\u3001\u751f\u7269\u6210\u50cf\u3001\u73af\u5883\u76d1\u6d4b\u548c\u5149\u8c31\u6280\u672f\u7b49\u9886\u57df\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u7684SWIR\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u91c7\u7528\u5f02\u8d28\u5916\u5ef6\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u4f46\u7531\u4e8e\u5176\u5236\u5907\u65b9\u6cd5\u7e41\u7410\uff0c\u4e0d\u9002\u5408\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u3001\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u76843D\u6210\u50cf\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u968f\u7740\u80f6\u4f53\u91cf\u5b50\u70b9\uff08QDs\uff09\u7684\u51fa\u73b0\uff0c\u5176\u5c3a\u5bf8\u53ef\u8c03\u7684\u5149\u5b66\u7279\u6027\u4f7f\u5176\u6210\u4e3a\u68c0\u6d4bSWIR\u5149\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u9009\u62e9\u3002\u867d\u7136\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765SWIR\u5149\u7535\u4e8c\u6781\u7ba1\u7ed3\u6784\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\u7684\u54cd\u5e94\u65f6\u95f4\u6709\u6240\u7f29\u77ed\uff0c\u4f46\u81f3\u4eca\u4ecd\u672a\u8fbe\u5230\u7eb3\u79d2\u7ea7\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u8fd9\u6210\u4e3a\u5c06\u80f6\u4f53\u91cf\u5b50\u70b9\u5e94\u7528\u4e8eSWIR\u5149\u7535\u63a2\u6d4b\u9886\u57df\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6311\u6218\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>02\u3010\u6210\u679c\u63a0\u5f71\u3011<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c\u6bd4\u5229\u65f6\u6839\u7279\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u9093\u7389\u8c6a\uff08\u7b2c\u4e00\u4f5c\u8005\u517c\u901a\u8baf\u4f5c\u8005\uff09\u7b49\u4eba\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u7a81\u7834\u6027\u8fdb\u5c55\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u5229\u7528\u8d85\u8584\u7684\u80f6\u4f53\u91cf\u5b50\u70b9\u5438\u6536\u5c42\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u57fa\u4e8e\u80f6\u4f53\u91cf\u5b50\u70b9\u7684SWIR\u5149\u7535\u4e8c\u6781\u7ba1\uff08QDPDs\uff09\u7684\u7eb3\u79d2\u7ea7\u54cd\u5e94\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u4e86SWIR\u9886\u57df\u6700\u5feb\u7684\u80f6\u4f53\u91cf\u5b50\u70b9\u5149\u7535\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u4ee5\u300aAdvanced Materials\u300b\u4e0a\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\u201cShort-Wave Infrared Colloidal QDs Photodetector with Nanosecond Response Times Enabled by Ultrathin Absorber Layers\u201d\u4e3a\u9898\u53d1\u8868\uff0c\u4e3a\u80f6\u4f53\u91cf\u5b50\u70b9\u5728\u8d85\u5feb\u77ed\u6ce2\u8fd1\u7ea2\u5916\u63a2\u6d4b\u6280\u672f\u7684\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u5e94\u7528\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u53c2\u8003\u3002<\/p>\n<p>03\u3010\u6838\u5fc3\u521b\u65b0\u70b9\u3011<\/p>\n<p>1.\u4f5c\u8005\u901a\u8fc7\u4f18\u5316\u8d85\u8584\u7ed3\u6784\u5668\u4ef6\u7684\u5236\u5907\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u514b\u670d\u4e86\u4f20\u7edf\u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u5f97\u52301600\u6574\u6d41\u6bd4\uff0c42%\u5916\u91cf\u5b50\u70b9\u6548\u7387\uff0c98%\u5185\u91cf\u5b50\u6548\u7387\u7684\u5149\u7535\u4e8c\u6781\u7ba1\u5668\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2.\u4f5c\u8005\u901a\u8fc7\u7ed3\u6784\u4f18\u5316\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u8d85\u8584\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0b\u91cf\u5b50\u70b9\u5c422.5\u500d\u7684\u5438\u6536\u589e\u5f3a\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u8d85\u8584\u5c42\u4ecd\u7136\u53ef\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97\u8f83\u9ad8EQE\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3.\u4f5c\u8005\u901a\u8fc7\u539a\u5ea6\u4e0e\u9762\u79ef\u4f18\u5316\uff0c\u5e73\u8861\u4e86\u8f7d\u6d41\u5b50\u8fc1\u79fb\u4e0eRC\u5ef6\u8fdf\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u5f97\u5230\u521b\u7eaa\u5f55\u76844\u00a0ns\u00a0\u54cd\u5e94\u65f6\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>04\u3010\u6570\u636e\u6982\u89c8\u3011<\/p>\n<p><img
