response<\/strong>\u201d\u7684\u8bba\u6587\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u5957\u589e\u5f3a\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u805a\u5408\u7269\u514d\u75ab\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u5177\u4f53\u5730\uff0c\u4f5c\u8005\u5c06\u805a\u5408\u7269\u4e3b\u94fe\u4e2d\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u567b\u5429\u66ff\u6362\u4e3a\u7852\u5429\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u7852\u7684\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u548c\u514d\u75ab\u8c03\u8282\u7279\u6027\u6765\u6291\u5236FBR\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u805a\u5408\u7269\u4fa7\u94fe\u672b\u7aef\u5f15\u5165\u514d\u75ab\u8c03\u8282\u57fa\u56e2\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u964d\u4f4e\u708e\u75c7\u53cd\u5e94\u3002\u7ed3\u679c\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u5408\u6210\u7684\u805a\u5408\u7269\u5171\u540c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u9ad8\u8fbe68%\u7684FBR\u6291\u5236\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5f00\u5c55\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u7cfb\u7edf\u800c\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u5b66\u68c0\u6d4b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u57fa\u4e8ePCR\u7684\u80f6\u539f\u86cb\u767d\u5b9a\u91cf\u3001\u7ec6\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u68c0\u6d4b\u548c\u6297\u708e\u6548\u679c\u7684\u4f53\u5916\u673a\u7406\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u5173\u4e8eFBR\u6291\u5236\u6548\u679c\u7684\u76f8\u5bf9\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u673a\u7406\u56fe\u8c31\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u4f7f\u7528\u6709\u673a\u7535\u5316\u5b66\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1\uff08OECT\uff09\u88c5\u7f6e\u8fdb\u884c\u6d4b\u91cf\uff0c\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u805a\u5408\u7269\u7684\u7535\u6027\u80fd\u51e0\u4e4e\u6ca1\u6709\u727a\u7272\uff0c\u7535\u8377\u8f7d\u6d41\u5b50\u8fc1\u79fb\u7387\u4fdd\u6301\u5728\u7ea61
