Baker<\/strong><strong>\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u56e2\u961f\u5728<strong><em>Science<\/em><\/strong>\u4e0a\u53d1\u8868\u4e86\u9898\u4e3a\u201c<strong>Designofhigh-specificitybindersforpeptide\u2013MHC-Icomplexes<\/strong>\u201d\u7684\u8bba\u6587\uff0c\u62a5\u9053\u4f7f\u7528RFdiffusion\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u4e0e\u80bd\u5e7f\u6cdb\u63a5\u89e6\u7684pMHCI\u7ed3\u5408\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u5e76\u4ece\u5b9e\u9a8c\u6216\u9884\u6d4b\u7684pMHCI\u7ed3\u6784\u51fa\u53d1\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e8611\u4e2apMHCI\u9776\u70b9\u7684\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u7ed3\u5408\u86cb\u767d\u3002\u5728\u63ba\u5165\u5d4c\u5408\u6297\u539f\u53d7\u4f53\u540e\uff0c8\u4e2a\u9776\u70b9\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u86cb\u767d\u6210\u529f\u7528\u4e8eCAR-T\uff0c\u80fd\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u6fc0\u6d3bT\u7ec6\u80de\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c\u663e\u793a\uff0cmart1-3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u86cb\u767d\u4e0eMART-1 pMHCI\u590d\u5408\u7269\u7684\u6676\u4f53\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0e\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6a21\u578b\u51e0\u4e4e\u5b8c\u5168\u4e00\u81f4\uff08C\u03b1RMSD = 0.4 \u00c5\uff09\uff0c\u8bc1\u5b9e\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7cbe\u5ea6\u6781\u9ad8\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5728CAR-T\u5b9e\u9a8c\u4e2d\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u86cb\u767d\u53ea\u5728\u76ee\u6807\u80bd\u5b58\u5728\u65f6\u6fc0\u6d3bT\u7ec6\u80de\uff08CD69\u8868\u8fbe\uff09\uff0c\u5bf9\u65e0\u5173\u80bd\u6216\u81ea\u8eab\u80bd\u65e0\u53cd\u5e94\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ed3\u679c\u8bc1\u660e\u4e86\u8bbe\u8ba1\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u6210\u529f\u53ca\u9ad8\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u90e8\u5206\u6269\u6563\u91cd\u5229\u7528\u4f18\u8d28\u652f\u67b6\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u6210\u529f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u51fa\u591a\u79cdpMHCI\u7684\u7ed3\u5408\u86cb\u767d\uff08\u5982mage-513\u3001gp100-3\u7b49\uff09\uff0c\u663e\u793a\u51fa\u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u9ad8\u6548\u6269\u5c55\u6027\u3002\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u9488\u5bf9\u65e0\u9ad8\u5206\u8fa8\u7387\u7ed3\u6784\u7684pMHCI\uff08\u5982PRAME \u80bd\uff09\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u5229\u7528AlphaFold3\u9884\u6d4b\u7ed3\u6784\u8fdb\u884c\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u4ecd\u80fd\u83b7\u5f97\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u7ed3\u5408\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u4e14\u53ef\u4ecb\u5bfcT\u7ec6\u80de\u5bf9\u9776\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u6740\u4f24\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u5f00\u53d1\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u5bf9\u57fa\u4e8e\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u548c\u7ec6\u80de\u7684pMHCI\u9776\u5411\u5177\u6709\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u5b9e\u7528\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bingxu Liu\u4e3a\u8bba\u6587\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u4f5c\u8005\u517c\u5171\u540c\u901a\u8baf\u4f5c\u8005\u3002David Baker\u6559\u6388\u662f\u7f8e\u56fd\u751f\u7269\u5316\u5b66\u5bb6\u548c\u8ba1\u7b97\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u5bb6\uff0c\u73b0\u4e3a\u534e\u76db\u987f\u5927\u5b66\u897f\u96c5\u56fe\u5206\u6821\u6559\u6388\uff0c\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u6240\u957f\uff0c\u56e0\u6210\u529f\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u6784\u5efa\u5177\u6709\u6bd4\u5929\u7136\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u66f4\u597d\u7279\u6027\u7684\u4eba\u5de5\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u800c\u83b72024\u5e74\u8bfa\u8d1d\u5c14\u5316\u5b66\u5956\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div
