integration<\/strong>\u201d\u7684\u8bba\u6587\uff0c\u62a5\u9053\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u539f\u5b50\u5668\u4ef6\u5230\u82af\u7247\uff08ATOM2CHIP\uff09\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u4ee5\u89e3\u51b3\u5de5\u827a\u548c\u7535\u8def\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7ea7\u522b\u76842D\u7cfb\u7edf\u96c6\u6210\u6311\u6218\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u901a\u8fc7\u5728CMOS\u82af\u7247\u4e0a\u96c6\u62102D NOR\u95ea\u5b58\u6a21\u5757\u6765\u6f14\u793a\u5168\u529f\u80fd\u5b58\u50a8\u82af\u7247\uff0c\u8be5\u82af\u7247\u7ed3\u5408\u4e86\u9ad8\u7ea72D\u7535\u5b50\u5668\u4ef6\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5b58\u50a8\u6838\u5fc3\u548c\u5f3a\u5927\u7684CMOS\u5e73\u53f0\u6765\u652f\u6301\u590d\u6742\u7684\u6307\u4ee4\u63a7\u5236\u3002\u5229\u7528\u5168\u5806\u53e0\u7247\u4e0a\u5236\u9020\u5de5\u827a\uff0c\u5f97\u5230\u76842D\u95ea\u5b58\u82af\u7247\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e8694.34%\u7684\u9ad8\u6210\u54c1\u7387\u3002\u6240\u5236\u9020\u76842D\u95ea\u5b58\u5355\u5143\u5177\u670920 ns\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u7f16\u7a0b\/\u64e6\u9664\u64cd\u4f5c\uff0c\u6bcf\u6bd4\u7279\u7f16\u7a0b\u80fd\u8017\u4f4e\u81f3 0.644 pJ\uff0c\u4e14\u5177\u5907\u826f\u597d\u7684\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6240\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u8de8\u5e73\u53f0\u7cfb\u7edf\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4e86\u5177\u6709\u6307\u4ee4\u9a71\u52a8\u64cd\u4f5c\u300132\u4f4d\u5e76\u884c\u6027\u548c\u968f\u673a\u8bbf\u95ee\u76842D-NOR\u95ea\u5b58\u82af\u7247\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u8de8\u5e73\u53f0\u7cfb\u7edf\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u4e8c\u7ef4\u7535\u8def\u4e0e\u6210\u719fCMOS\u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u517c\u5bb9\u6027\u9a8c\u8bc1\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4e3a\u540e\u7eed\u5176\u4ed6\u4e8c\u7ef4\u7535\u5b50\u5668\u4ef6\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u96c6\u6210\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u53ef\u53c2\u8003\u3001\u53ef\u590d\u7528\u7684\u6280\u672f\u8303\u5f0f\uff0c\u7a81\u7834\u4e86\u4e8c\u7ef4\u7535\u5b50\u5b66\u4ec5\u505c\u7559\u5728\u5668\u4ef6\u5c42\u9762\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u5c40\u9650\uff0c\u63a8\u52a8\u4e8c\u7ef4\u6280\u672f\u4ece\u201c\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u6982\u5ff5\u201d\u5411\u201c\u5de5\u4e1a\u7ea7\u5e94\u7528\u201d\u8fc8\u51fa\u5173\u952e\u4e00\u6b65\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div
