layers<\/strong>\u201d\u7684\u8bba\u6587\uff0c\u62a5\u9053\u4e86\u5728\u5e93\u4ed1\u8026\u5408\u7684MoSe<sub>2<\/sub>\u4e0eWSe<sub>2<\/sub>\u5355\u5c42\u7ed3\u6784\u4e2d\u5e73\u8861\u6001\u4e09\u91cd\u5b50\u6db2\u4f53\u7684\u53d1\u73b0\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06WSe<sub>2<\/sub>\u4e2d\u7684\u7a7a\u7a74\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7535\u5b66\u8c03\u63a7\u81f3MoSe<sub>2<\/sub>\u7535\u5b50\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7684\u4e24\u500d\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u6210\u529f\u5728\u4f4e\u4e8e\u8d39\u7c73\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e24\u4e2a\u6570\u91cf\u7ea7\u7684\u6e29\u533a\u4e0b\uff0c\u5236\u5907\u51fa\u7ed3\u5408\u80fd\u5904\u4e8e\u6beb\u7535\u5b50\u4f0f\u7279\u91cf\u7ea7\u7684\u5e73\u8861\u6001\u5c42\u95f4\u4e09\u91cd\u5b50\u3002\u968f\u540e\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u4ece\u4e09\u91cd\u5b50\u6db2\u4f53\u5230\u7535\u5b50-\u7a7a\u7a74\u7b49\u79bb\u5b50\u4f53\u7684\u5bc6\u5ea6\u8c03\u63a7\u91cf\u5b50\u76f8\u53d8\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u585e\u66fc\u573a\u8bf1\u5bfc\u7684\u4e09\u91cd\u5b50\u89e3\u79bb\u73b0\u8c61\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u4e3a\u63a2\u7d22\u5305\u62ec\u6fc0\u5b50\u4ecb\u5bfc\u914d\u5bf9\u3001\u975e\u5e38\u89c4\u4e09\u91cd\u5b50\u4e0e\u8d39\u7c73\u6781\u5316\u5b50\u91d1\u5c5e\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e09\u91cd\u5b50-\u6781\u5316\u5b50\u4ea4\u53c9\u6001\u5728\u5185\u7684\u91cf\u5b50\u591a\u4f53\u73b0\u8c61\u5f00\u8f9f\u4e86\u65b0\u8def\u5f84\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div
