eV\uff09\u6df7\u5408\u94c5\u9521\uff08Pb-Sn\uff09\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u540e\u7535\u6c60\u5782\u76f4\u5806\u53e0\uff0c\u5728\u8d85\u8d8a\u5355\u7ed3PSC\u7684PCE\u540c\u65f6\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u6eb6\u6db2\u52a0\u5de5\u6280\u672f\u7684\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u4f18\u52bf\u65b9\u9762\u5c55\u73b0\u51fa\u5de8\u5927\u524d\u666f\u3002NBG\u5b50\u7535\u6c60\u4e2d\uff0c\u7a7a\u7a74\u4f20\u8f93\u5c42\uff08HTL\uff09\/\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u754c\u9762\u7684\u975e\u8f90\u5c04\u590d\u5408\u635f\u8017\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u5168\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u53e0\u5c42\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u7684\u529f\u7387\u8f6c\u6362\u6548\u7387\uff08PCE\uff09\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u57fa\u4e8ePb-Sn\u6df7\u5408\u7a84\u5e26\u9699\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u7684\u6700\u5148\u8fdb\u5168\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u53e0\u5c42\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\uff0c\u5176\u5f00\u8def\u7535\u538b\uff08<em>V<\/em><sub>oc<\/sub>\uff09\u548c\u586b\u5145\u56e0\u5b50\uff08FF\uff09\u4e0eShockley-Queisser\u6a21\u578b\u9884\u6d4b\u7684\u7406\u8bba\u6781\u9650\u4ecd\u5b58\u5728\u8f83\u5927\u5dee\u8ddd\u3002\u5b9e\u8df5\u8bc1\u660e\uff0c\u6700\u5c0f\u5316Pb-Sn\u57faNBG\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u57cb\u754c\u9762\u5904\u7684\u7535\u8377\u590d\u5408\u5c24\u5176\u5177\u6709\u6311\u6218\u6027\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u957f\u94fe\u80fa\u57fa\u949d\u5316\u7b56\u7565\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u5f15\u8d77\u8f7d\u6d41\u5b50\u4f20\u8f93\u635f\u5931\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u9650\u5236FF\u548c\u77ed\u8def\u7535\u6d41\u5bc6\u5ea6\uff08<em>J<\/em><sub>sc<\/sub>\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e8c\u3001\u3010\u521b\u65b0\u6210\u679c\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u57fa\u4e8e\u6b64\uff0c<strong>\u5357\u4eac\u5927\u5b66\u8c2d\u6d77\u4ec1\u6559\u6388\u3001\u6797\u4ec1\u5174\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388\u8054\u5408\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u6c11\u89e3\u653e\u519b\u519b\u4e8b\u79d1\u5b66\u9662\u56fd\u9632\u79d1\u6280\u521b\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u5e38\u8d85\u7814\u7a76\u5458\u3001\u5317\u4eac\u7406\u5de5\u5927\u5b66\u5f90\u5065\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u5728<strong><em>Nature<\/em><\/strong>\u4e0a\u53d1\u8868\u4e86\u9898\u4e3a\u201c<strong>All-perovskite passivation<\/strong>\u201d\u7684\u8bba\u6587\uff0c\u62a5\u9053\u5f00\u53d1\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u57fa\u4e8e\u78fa\u80fa\u9178\uff08SA\uff09\u5076\u6781\u949d\u5316\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u5728\u51cf\u5c11Pb-Sn\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u57cb\u5e95\u754c\u9762\u7f3a\u9677\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0HTL\/\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u754c\u9762\u7684\u80fd\u7ea7\u7cbe\u51c6\u8c03\u63a7\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u5076\u6781\u8bf1\u5bfc\u7684\u949d\u5316\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86\u6b27\u59c6\u63a5\u89e6\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4e86\u6709\u6548\u7684\u7a7a\u7a74\u6ce8\u5165HTL\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u7535\u5b50\u4eceHTL\/Pb-Sn\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u754c\u9762\u6392\u65a5\u51fa\u53bb\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\u5c06\u8f7d\u6d41\u5b50\u6269\u6563\u957f\u5ea6\u6269\u5c55\u52306.2 \u03bcm\uff0c\u5e76\u663e\u8457\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86Pb-Sn\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u7684PCE\u8fbe24.9%\uff0c\u5f00\u8def\u7535\u538b\uff08<em>V<\/em><sub>oc<\/sub>\uff09\u4e3a0.911 V\uff0c<em>J<\/em><sub>sc<\/sub>\u4e3a33.1 mA cm<sup>-2<\/sup>\uff0cFF\u9ad8\u8fbe82.6%\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u53e0\u5c42\u5668\u4ef6\u4e2d\uff0c\u8be5\u6280\u672f\u4e5f\u6709\u6548\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u4e92\u8fde\u5c42\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u63a5\u89e6\u635f\u5931\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e8630.6%\u7684PCE\uff08\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7a33\u5b9a\u6548\u7387\u4e3a30.1%\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div 82.6%\u7684\u9ad8FF\uff0cPCE\u8fbe24.9%\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8be5\u7b56\u7565\u540c\u6837\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5168\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u53e0\u5c42\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u51cf\u5c11\u4e92\u8fde\u5c42\u7684\u63a5\u89e6\u635f\u8017\uff0c\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u5236\u5907\u7684\u5168\u9499\u949b\u77ff\u53e0\u5c42\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u57280.049
