meV\uff09\uff0c\u8fd8\u5177\u5907\u53ef\u8c03\u5e26\u9699\uff080.9\u20133.8 eV\uff09\u548c\u8d85\u8fc7550 K\u7684\u5c45\u91cc\u6e29\u5ea6\uff08\u4ea4\u53c9\u6e29\u5ea6\uff09\uff0c\u4e3a\u67d4\u6027\u6709\u673a\u81ea\u65cb\u7535\u5b50\u5b66\u5f00\u8f9f\u4e86\u5168\u65b0\u8def\u5f84<\/strong><strong>\u3002<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure eV\uff0c\u5e26\u9699\u57280.9\u20133.8
