sensing<\/strong>\u201d\u7684\u8bba\u6587\uff0c\u62a5\u9053\u4e86\u901a\u8fc7\u7ed3\u6784\u68af\u5ea6\u4e0e\u6a21\u91cf\u68af\u5ea6\u7684\u53cc\u68af\u5ea6\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u9996\u6b21\u5728\u5355\u4e00\u538b\u529b\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u4e2d\u540c\u65f6\u5b9e\u73b0\u8d85\u9ad8\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\uff08~320 mV\/kPa\uff09 \u548c\u8d85\u5bbd\u68c0\u6d4b\u8303\u56f4\uff081.3 Pa ~ 3.45 MPa\uff09\uff0c\u4ece\u6839\u672c\u4e0a\u89e3\u51b3\u4e86\u4f20\u7edf\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u4e0e\u68c0\u6d4b\u8303\u56f4\u76f8\u4e92\u5236\u7ea6\u7684\u96be\u9898\u3002\u8be5\u673a\u7535\u94c1\u7535\u4f53\u5d4c\u51653D\u6253\u5370\u805a\u5408\u7269\u9aa8\u67b6\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u81ea\u4f9b\u80fd\u538b\u7535\u54cd\u5e94\uff0c\u4e14\u5177\u5907\u5355\u8c03\u3001\u8fde\u7eed\u7684\u529b-\u7535\u4fe1\u53f7\u8f93\u51fa\u3002\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u673a\u5668\u4eba\u624b\u53ef\u611f\u77e5\u4ece\u67f3\u7d6e\uff0890 GPa\uff09\u7684\u5bbd\u8303\u56f4\u7269\u4f53\u521a\u5ea6\uff0c\u5e76\u6210\u529f\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u98df\u54c1\u65b0\u9c9c\u5ea6\u76d1\u6d4b\u4e0e\u5730\u5f62\u8bc6\u522b\u3002\u8be5\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5f7b\u5e95\u6253\u7834\u4f20\u7edf\u538b\u529b\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u4e0e\u68c0\u6d4b\u8303\u56f4\u6b64\u6d88\u5f7c\u957f\u7684\u56fa\u6709\u5c40\u9650\uff0c\u4e3a\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u65e0\u6e90\u538b\u529b\u4f20\u611f\u6750\u6599\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div
