El-Sayed\u6559\u6388\uff08\u901a\u8baf\u4f5c\u8005\uff09<\/strong>\u56e2\u961f\u4f18\u5316\u4e86AuNRs\u7684\u5c3a\u5bf8\u3001\u8868\u9762\u6539\u6027\u3001\u6d53\u5ea6\u548cPPTT\u7684\u6fc0\u5149\u529f\u7387\uff082 W \/ cm<sup>2<\/sup>\uff09\u6765\u5b9e\u73b0\u6700\u5927\u7684\u51cb\u4ea1\u8bf1\u5bfc\u7387\u3002\u5e76\u4e14\u4f7f\u7528\u5b9a\u91cf\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u5206\u6790\u7814\u7a76\u4e86\u5c0f\u9f20\u80bf\u7624\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e2dAuNRs-PPTT\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u4f5c\u7528\u673a\u5236\u3002\u6b64\u5916\u8fd8\u62a5\u544a\u4e86\u4e00\u987915\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u6bd2\u6027\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u663e\u793aAuNRs\u5728\u4f53\u5185\u6ca1\u6709\u957f\u671f\u6bd2\u6027\u3002\u8bc1\u660e\u4e86AuNRs-PPTT\u5e73\u53f0\u5728\u5c0f\u9f20\u6a21\u578b\u4e2d\u5bf9\u4e8e\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7597\u662f\u6709\u6548\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u3010\u56fe\u6587\u5bfc\u8bfb\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u56fe1\u00a0Au Rifampicin\u7684\u8868\u5f81\u548c\u7ed3\u5408\u4ee5\u53ca\u8868\u9762\u914d\u4f53\u7ecf\u8fc7PPTT\u540e\u7684\u91ca\u653e\u793a\u610f\u56fe<\/p>\n<p>B\uff09\u5bf9\u7167\u6837\u54c1\u5149\u5b66\u5207\u7247\uff08\u65e0\u7eb3\u7c73\u7c92\u5b50\uff09\uff0cAu NRs @ RF\u5b75\u80b2\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7ecf\u8fc7PPTT\u540e\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\u7684DIC\u56fe\u50cf \u3002\u767d\u8272\u7bad\u5934\u8868\u793aAu NRs\u805a\u96c6\u3002\uff08\u6bd4\u4f8b\u5c3a\uff0c10\u03bcm\uff09<\/p>\n<p>C\uff09\u5728\u7528Au NRs\u6216Au NRs @ RF\u548cPPTT\u5904\u740672\u5c0f\u65f6\u540e\u7684MDA686TU HNSCC\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d\u7684\u6bd4\u8f83\u51cb\u4ea1\u5206\u6790<\/p>\n<p>D\uff09\u7528Au NRs @ PEG-PPTT\u548cAu NRs @ RF-PPTT\u5904\u7406\u540e\uff0c\u5728MDA686TU
